The average of all cross overs is 1.007, which however is biased high by acouple of outliers.The inversion suggest an adjustment of 1.03 and 1.04 for WLSQ and WDSLQ,respectively.The cross over results vs. the core-cruises suggest that no adjustment iswarranted, particularlyconsidering the apparently large variability in silicate. The inversion suggest an adjustment of 0.99, i.e. no adjustment.The cross over results vs. the core-cruises (The 2003 and 1997 Meteor cruises)suggest that adownward adjustment would be justified at the 2-3% level and the Metero 1997could be a bit low.
